Public Offer

This document is a public offer (Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) by the individual entrepreneur providing custom dashboard development services via dashboard.alxbykov.ru (the “Contractor”).
Acceptance of the offer is the act of filling out the quiz or detailed questionnaire on the site, providing your name and email, and checking the consent box. Acceptance means you agree to a service contract on the terms below and in the Terms of Service.

2. Pilot
The Client may order a pilot dashboard for ₽30,000 on 1 site. The pilot includes 1 dashboard (3–5 KPIs) on a single data source, timeline — 1 week. The pilot does not oblige the Client to order a full plan.
3. Acceptance process
- The Client fills out the quiz / questionnaire with name, email, consent;
- The Contractor sends a proposal with a personalized payback calculation;
- The Client pays the invoice (deposit per plan) — this is full acceptance;
- Parties agree on the spec and sign the contract (if required).
4. Changes to the offer
The Contractor may change the offer terms unilaterally. The new version takes effect upon publication on the site. For Clients who accepted the offer before the change, the version in effect at the time of acceptance applies.
