Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

This Policy defines how we collect, process, and protect personal data of users of dashboard.alxbykov.ru (the “Site”). The operator is an individual entrepreneur providing custom dashboard development services (the “Operator”).

We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users from the European Economic Area, and the Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” for users from Russia.

2. What data we collect

When you fill out the quiz or the detailed questionnaire, we collect:

• Name — to address you;
• Email — to send the commercial proposal;
• Phone (optional) — for quick contact;
• Telegram (optional) — to reach you in the messenger;
• Questionnaire answers (role, pains, budget, data sources, etc.) — to recommend a plan and calculate payback;
• Consent record (checkbox + timestamp).

Automatically collected: anonymized IP address, browser type, pages visited, traffic source — via Google Analytics 4 and (optionally) Yandex.Metrika, only after your consent (see Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes of processing

• Contacting you to discuss the project and send the proposal;
• Recommending a suitable plan based on your answers;
• Calculating payback and preparing a personalized offer;
• Creating a deal in CRM (Bitrix24 or amoCRM);
• Site analytics and conversion optimization;
• Fulfilling obligations under the service contract (after signing).

4. Legal bases

• Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, Article 6 FZ-152);
• Necessity to perform a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• Legitimate interests of the Operator — analytics and service improvement (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@alxbykov.ru.

5. Storage and transfer

Personal data is stored in the Operator’s database on servers located in the Russian Federation. Retention period: up to 3 years from the last interaction, after which the data is deleted or anonymized.

We share data with third parties only in these cases:

• CRM systems (Bitrix24 / amoCRM) — to manage the deal;
• Telegram Bot API — to notify the Operator of a new lead;
• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated, anonymized statistics;
• Government authorities — upon lawful request.

6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data;
• Rectify inaccurate data;
• Erasure (“right to be forgotten”);
• Restrict processing;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security measures

We apply technical and organizational measures: HTTPS encryption, database access controls, personal-data processing logs, regular backups. Only authorized Operator personnel have access to personal data.

Cookie usage is described in our separate Cookie Policy. Analytics cookies are loaded only after your consent.
